You're Invited To Harvest Day 2025!

Join us on Tuesday, September 23rd from 3PM - 7PM in our garden to celebrate the apple harvest with a day full of fall flavors. We’ll have several varieties of locally grown apples for you to fill your bag and take home, plus candied apple making stations and a spread of apple-inspired treats and beverages in a beautiful outdoor setting. Don’t forget to bring your own bag for the harvest!

This year, we’re also celebrating the upcoming launch of Nourish, our program providing culturally relevant, medically supportive meals for referred patients living with chronic conditions. Together, we’ll raise funds to bring provisions with a purpose to our community.
