Sasha Smolkin
Admin & Media Manager
Sasha Smolkin is a multidisciplinary designer and creative artist born and raised in Virginia. A graduate of Virginia Commonwealth University, she earned her B.S. in Interdisciplinary Design with a focus on web and graphic design, UX/UI, and creative business strategy. Long before college, Sasha was already building a name for herself—freelancing throughout high school and beyond, developing digital media and visual identities for design studios, small businesses, and independent creatives.

During her studies, Sasha was introduced to Micheal Sparks and quickly found herself inspired by the mission and humanity at the heart of UGK Community First. Drawn to the organization’s blend of creativity, community care, and cultural sensitivity, Sasha joined the UGK-CF team as a designer, media manager, and administrator, where she brings thoughtful design and storytelling to every project she touches.

Outside of her work, Sasha is a maker in every sense—writing music, experimenting in the kitchen with new recipes, and exploring world history to deepen her creative perspective.
